Workfiles are the central documents of CCC ONE. There are two types of workfiles. Opportunity workfiles include estimates, insurance company assignments, and other types of sales leads. Repair Order workfiles document vehicle repair and the repair process. Repair Order workfiles can be created manually, or converted from Opportunity workfiles. Workfiles can be viewed as groups in the Views screen by selecting View > Workfiles from the menu bar.
